Do you supply an inline filter to go between the pump and the water feature?
"Yes I have just started supplying the inline filter and fitting kit free of charge when purchasing a feature. I found that people would not always bother to purchase this kit."
Is the water feature supplied with a pump?
"No, the reason I do not stock and supply pumps is that they come with a 1 year guarantee and this begins from the day of purchase. However I can advise on pumps and where to get them."
Do the trees change colour?
"Yes, when they are first made the copper colour is quite bright. After a while of being exposed out in the air they start to oxidise and go darker and then eventually they begin to get a rather attractive bluey/green tinge on the edge of the leaves. Each change in colour adds to beauty of the piece."
When I turn my tree on why does an odd leaf stop working?
"With each tree I supply a thin piece of wire. When a leaf suddenly stops working you simply insert the wire into the hole where the water comes out and you will burst an air bubble. These pop up from time to time."
